I have received a number of questions from current and potential bidders, and I took the time to answer them both directly, and below for the benefit of all:

Q: What did you use the camera for?
A: This 10D was my first SLR ever, and I bought it to learn with, to experiment with. I had a GREAT time and met some GREAT people. It gave me a chance to get out in the world, to have fun with people and not just sit behind a desk. I did do a couple of fashion shows, here is one of my shoots - Esprit

Q: Why are you selling your camera?
A: Time and money, the short answer. I truly love this camera but put it to little creative use, as my time is now devoted to other interests. I remain an amateur, and there is someone out there reading this who will truly use this camera for what it is meant to do.

Q: Where are you located?
A: I am in Leland, NC. Up until 6 months ago I was in New York, NY. And yes, I do miss NYC.

Q: Do you have a “Buy it Now” Price?
A: I did, but Ebay deletes the BIN price once a bid is placed and no reserve has been set. $1950 is the feel-good number, given that everything originally cost $3300.

Q: What is the condition of all the equipment?
A: I took excellent care of everything, and bought a form-fitting Lowepro to carry it all in. Everything is mint, there isn’t a mark, a scratch or any sign of use. I have updated the photos with close up’s and links to larger photos as evidence.

Q: Why did you list prices below as new?
A: Considering the equipment is in perfect condition I wanted to not only list each part, but also give the Bidder a feel for what this equipment would cost new at Current prices. When I bought this camera it was $3300!
